Tuition Policies
Holiday
We are closed the following days: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We close early, 3:00pm, on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. If the holiday falls on a weekend, we will be closed the closest business day before or after. Because we do pay our staff for holidays, you are required to pay your normal rate. We will also close the Friday before Labor Day for a staff work day.
Tuition Payments
Tuition is due in advance, on or before the Friday of the upcoming week. Payment received after noon on Monday will be considered late. A late fee of $5.00 per day will be added to your tuition payment. You are expected to pay for holidays and snow emergency closing.
Absent Days
Glendale Heights understands a child can be out occasionally due to illness, vacations, etc. Therefore, we allow 2 weeks of vacation time per year for which you will not be charged. A week is equal to the amount of days your child is normally scheduled to attend in a one-week period. Please submit a coupon in lieu of payment for each day you will like credit for.
